Carpenters Day at Dodger Stadium
Saturday marked another day of Southwest Carpenter solidarity. “Carpenter Day at Dodger Stadium” was organized by the Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters for the purposes of bringing members and families together for a day of entertainment and camaraderie.
Hundreds of Southwest Carpenters attended the event, sharing in the excitement of America’s pastime and connecting with fellow Brothers and Sisters. From the Right Field Pavilion at Dodger Stadium, Southwest Carpenters had a spectacular view of the game and could partake in all you can eat Dodger Dogs, nachos, popcorn, peanuts and soft drinks.
Although it was a toasty 96 degrees in Los Angeles, the conditions of the game and surroundings made for an afternoon to remember. Dodgers were victorious over the Kansas City Royals, 5-2.
